Being a member of FESI offers many advantages, such as the possibility to influence and partake in the doings of FESI and our Working Committees. The latter provides Industry Suppliers throughout Europe with unique opportunities to coordinate their actions, share valuable information, establish themselves as credible partners and improve the overall functioning of the European internal market in the sports industry sector.
Furthermore, alongside Regular and Associated Members, representatives of the European Institutions frequently attend FESI's Working Committees meetings with the purpose of outlining EU's motivations on the issues at hand. In this way, our Working Committees provide member companies with an important platform for face-to-face discussion with experts from the European Institutions and allow them to have their say in the European decision-making process on the basis of previously agreed Position Papers.
Thus, over the years, we have acquired an in-depth knowledge and a solid practical know-how of working methods and decision-making processes of EU Institutions, enabling us to communicate the views of European manufacturers in the most effective way.
The large number of companies that we represent does not only confirm the above but further stregthens our position as a respected and trusted advocate in Brussels' legislative circles. Altogether, our members have gained a decisive competitive advantage as a result of their participation in FESI's activities.
