Mr. Alberto Bichi is the Secretary General of FESI since January 2000. Following a brief working experience at the European Commission's cabinet of Commissioner Vanni d'Archirafi, Mr. Bichi integrated the Foreign Trade Association (FTA) where he soon become member of the Board. In his professional period at FTA, he was requested to develop and improve the Federation of the European Sporting Goods Industry (FESI), which he did while advancing in the hierarchy: in 1996 he became Member Services Manager, in 2000 he became Secretary General. For the last years Mr. Bichi has continued to improve FESI's overall reputation as the unique voice in Europe for the sporting goods industry and accumulated additional strategic responsibilities such as: 2002 - he became Secretary General of the Federation of the European Play Industry; 2007 - he became Member of the Board at the World Federation of the Sporting Goods Industry.

Jérôme Pero works as Issue Manager at FESI since September 2007. His responsibilities include the organisation, coordination and the control of the activities related to the following Working Committees: Supply Chain, Ski and Ski Boots, Statistical and Contact with Sport Federations.

Jonathan O'Riordan works for Deilginis Consultancies which concluded a contract with FESI since February 2009. His responsibilities include the organisation, coordination and the control of the activities related to the following Working Committees: Trade and Customs, Intellectual Property Rights, Membership and Product Safety.

Jonathan has previously worked as a Manager at Hume Brophy Communications, as a Secretary General at the International Confectionery Association and as a Manager at the European Confectionery Association.
